The process is ever changing and manipulating the glass is a detail-oriented endeavor. The calculated (yet sometimes surprising) outcome --incorporating the transparent quality of the glass, the depth of a piece, working in different layers and anticipating the way light will reflect through those layers -- is what brings me back again and again. The world around me is an abundant source of material, always inspiring and challenging me.
